We’re so excited to celebrate with 50+ of our closest friends and family. It means so much to us that you’re taking the time to cruise, celebrate, dance, and probably make a few questionable decisions with us.

As much as we’d love to spend one-on-one time with everyone, we know that’s probably not realistic. So, we wanted to share where you can find us throughout the cruise and a few events we’d love for you to join.

You absolutely do NOT have to do everything. This is your vacation too! Come hang out, disappear for a few hours, take a nap, order room service. We won’t be offended.

TL;DR: We know some of y’all aren’t reading all of this.

Thursday 10/8

Sailaway Party

6:30 PM: Welcome Mixer at Sip

10:30 PM: Pajama Party. Bring something fun and comfortable.

Friday 10/9

9:00 AM: Brunch at The Wake

Spend the day in Key West. Just don’t miss the boat.

Scarlet Night: Wear red and BRING A RED WIG. We’re getting this group photo.

Saturday 10/10: WEDDING DAY

5:00 PM: Wedding at The Perch. Island chic.

6:00 PM: Reception at The Loose Cannon. DJ, dancing, cake and open bar.

8:30 PM: Dinner at Pink Agave

After dinner: We’re taking the party to The Manor.

Sunday 10/11

Bimini. Beach. Recovery. That’s the plan.

Monday 10/12

Back to Miami and back to reality. Prebook your ride from the port if you can.

THURSDAY, OCTOBER 8 • MIAMI

WE’RE SAILING!

Sailaway Party | Ship Event

Join us up on deck as we sail away from Miami. Music, views, and complimentary bubbles courtesy of Virgin. Thanks, Virgin!

The Vibe: Come as you are and kick off the weekend with us.

Wedding Welcome Mixer | N+J Event | Approx. 6:30 PM

After the Sailaway Party, mosey over to Sip Champagne Lounge on Deck 7, near The Manor and The Red Room. This is your chance to meet the other people you’ll be spending the next few days with. And yes, there will be more FREE bubbles.

The Vibe: No dress code. Stay for 15 minutes or stay all evening. We just want to see you!

Pajama Party | Ship Event | Approx. 10:30 PM

Later that night, Virgin kicks things off with its famous Pajama Party. Expect music, dancing, and comfy vibes. Pack your fun and funky PJs!

The Vibe: It can be HOT on deck, so shorts are probably your friend. But you do you. Just keep it legal. (You know who you are.)

FRIDAY, OCTOBER 9 • KEY WEST

BRUNCH, KEY WEST + SCARLET NIGHT

Wedding Brunch | N+J Event | 9:00 AM

We’re starting the morning together with brunch at

The Wake.

This has been prebooked for our entire wedding group and should appear in your Virgin Voyages app once you board.

The Vibe: Attendance isn’t required, but please let us know if you’re skipping so we can release your seat for another Sailor.

Key West | On Your Own

After brunch, go explore! We’ll probably be wandering through the bars and shops, but spend the day however you’d like.

Our only request: DON’T MISS THE BOAT.

Scarlet Night | Ship Event

This is Virgin’s biggest party of the cruise... other than our wedding, obviously.

As the name suggests, RED is the color of the night. Expect performances, parties, surprises, and eventually a pool party.

And because we apparently can’t leave well enough alone, we have one additional request for our wedding crew:

BRING A RED WIG.

Brush out that bob, dust off that shake-and-go, or order yourself an Amazon special. We want the entire wedding group in red wigs for a photo, and we are very serious about this extremely unserious request.

The Vibe: Red outfit. Red wig. No excuses.

SATURDAY, OCTOBER 10 • AT SEA

WEDDING DAY!

The Wedding | N+J Event | 5:00 PM

It’s finally happening! Join us at The Perch as we make this thing official.

The Vibe: Island Chic. The ceremony is outdoors, so don’t overthink it. Look good, feel good, and most importantly, be comfortable.

Reception | N+J Event | 6:00 PM

After the ceremony, head down to The Loose Cannon on Deck 7 for our reception.

We’ll have a DJ, dancing, cake, and an open bar. You’ve been warned.

Wedding Dinner | N+J Event | 8:30 PM

After the reception, join us at Pink Agave for dinner.

Dinner will be served family-style. Feel free to change into something more comfortable before joining us.

While the full open bar ends with the reception, we’ll have four featured cocktails available and unlimited during dinner. This has been prebooked for our entire wedding group and should appear in your Virgin Voyages app once you board.

Afterparty | N+J Event

Still standing? We’re heading to The Manor to keep the party going with more music, dancing, and questionable late-night choices.

Stay until the lights come on or quietly disappear when your bed starts calling. We support both.

SUNDAY, OCTOBER 11 • BIMINI

RECOVERY MODE

No schedules. No required events. No red wigs (unless you want). We’ll be at The Beach Club at Bimini, likely recovering from the night before.

Come find us or claim a chair somewhere and enjoy your last full day of vacation.

The Vibe: Relax. Hydrate. Repeat.

Getting to the Beach Club requires a short ride on Virgin’s trams, so give yourself a little time to get there.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 12 • MIAMI

THAT’S ALL, FOLKS!

Sadly, they eventually make us get off the ship.

Virgin gives Sailors a little more time to disembark than many cruise lines, so there’s no need to sprint off first thing. Grab breakfast, say your goodbyes, and then head home safely.

One last tip: We highly recommend arranging your transportation in advance. Rideshare lines and prices around the cruise terminal can get a little wild on disembarkation mornings.

We seriously cannot wait to celebrate with all of you.
